All members of the Cooperativa have freedom of choice as it is organised on the basis of democratic principles. This model, which is important in today’s society, shows that collective responsibility improves productivity - the result of each member’s motivation and individual strength.

	General Assembly Composed of all members and based on the principle “one person, one vote”.
	Board of Governors Democratically elected by the General Assembly, the board represents the members and governs the Cooperative.
	General Management Supports and addresses the different needs of the GSD Cooperative Group, through the different management areas that make up the Central Services: Information Systems Department, Supply Management Department, Infrastructure and Architecture Department, and Food Services Department. It is also composed of General Secretary.
	Educational Centers and Business Developement Area They carry out the activities that allow GSD to develop its Educational Project.
